Orders, sizing & shipping

Where is BB SPOKE made?
Every BB SPOKE piece is cut and finished in Sialkot, Pakistan, by a workshop we work with directly. Leather goods, outerwear and knitwear are built in low batches rather than bulk production runs.
Why do you never restock?
We build a fixed number of each piece and then move on. When a colourway sells through it is gone — no reorder, no markdown at the end of the season. If a piece matters to you, buy it while it is on the site.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a Find My Size calculator that takes your height, weight and fit preference and returns the size we would cut for you. There is also a full measurement chart on the sizing guide page, in inches, XS through 2XL.
Can I order a bespoke or made-to-measure piece?
Yes. Leather goods and outerwear can be commissioned with your own leather, hardware and personalization, and knitwear and tracksuits can be cut to your measurements. Start with the commission form on the homepage or write to us at babylon@bbspoke.live.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Between two and four weeks in production depending on the piece, plus shipping. Leather bags run 3–4 weeks; jackets and made-to-measure knitwear run 2–3 weeks. You are told the window before you confirm.
How long does shipping take?
In-stock pieces ship within two business days. Made-to-order pieces ship at the end of their production window. Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
What is your return policy?
Unworn, unaltered stock pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery with tags attached. Bespoke, made-to-measure and personalized pieces are made for one person and are not returnable unless they arrive faulty or do not match the specification you confirmed.
How do I care for knitwear?
Hand wash cold or dry clean, reshape flat and dry away from heat. Never hang a heavy jacquard knit — the shoulders will stretch. De-pill with a comb rather than a razor.
How do I contact the studio?
Use the contact form or email babylon@bbspoke.live. Questions about fit, orders and commissions are answered personally, usually within a business day.

Leather, hardware & personalization

How long does my Weekender take to build?
Every bag is cut after you order it. Production runs 3–4 weeks from the moment you confirm your configuration, plus shipping. Personalization is applied at the end of the build, so it does not add time on top of that window.
Can I change my configuration after ordering?
Yes, within 48 hours of ordering. Write to us with your order number and we will re-confirm the specification before it enters the cutting queue. After the hide is cut, the configuration is locked.
How do I care for full-grain leather?
Wipe with a dry cloth after travel and let it dry away from direct heat. Condition two or three times a year with a neutral leather cream — a little, worked in with your hands. Full-grain darkens and softens with use; the marks it picks up are the point, not a defect.
What happens if it gets wet?
Blot it, do not rub, and let it air dry at room temperature. Water spotting usually evens out as the hide dries and is conditioned. Avoid radiators, hair dryers and sun — heat is what actually ruins leather.
How durable is the hardware?
Solid metal zippers, feet, D-rings and buckles, set into reinforced leather with bar-tack stitching at every stress point. Brass will patina, gunmetal will burnish at the edges. Hardware failures inside two years of normal travel are repaired or replaced by us.
What can I put on the personalization?
Up to 24 characters: a full name, initials or a short phrase. It is debossed and finished in a tone matched to your hardware. We will not run anything hateful, and we may come back to you if the length will not sit well in the placement you picked.
Where can the mark go?
Side panel for something you want seen, handle tab for something quieter, or the interior leather patch alongside your edition number if you want it kept private.
Is personalization returnable?
A personalized bag is made for one owner, so it is not returnable unless it arrives faulty or does not match the configuration you confirmed. Manufacturing faults are covered — contact us and we will make it right.
What does the edition number mean?
Only 200 Babylon Weekenders will ever be built. Your number is reserved when you commission the bag, stamped into the interior plaque, and listed on the edition register. Once the run closes, it closes — no restock, no markdown.
